Ever since I was little I had a fascination of the color purple. Well, that hasn't changed much over the years. I still have the same obsession that I once had. My grandparents used to have "the purple room" in their house which used to be my aunts room growing up. Everything in the room was purple. I used to fantasize about one day having my own purple room. So for the last few years I collected drapes, comforters, and over the last year just came up with this idea to make my room not only purple but also grey. I thought they would be a good combination of colors. When I pitched this idea to my roommate she gasped. She doesn't think i have taste because I don't thrift shop like she does. Every once in a while I can find a good thrifty piece, but it has to be salvageable. I love my color combinations!
