which ever you call it.
I always have plenty of bread and milk, and since I do my weekly shopping on Thursday, and this is Tuesday, asked daughter to stop and pick up a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk just in case I don't get out on Thursday. She said, oh no, I'm going to be one of those that rushes to the store, I said it saves me dragging all the snow into the garage on my car, and I'm too tired to walk to the store, plus carrying a gallon of milk isn't easy when you're trying to walk in the street, since most people haven't even made a path in their walks. And we make fun of people rushing to the store to buy, bread, milk and eggs when a snow storm is coming. Now we're one of THEM. LOL Daughter said I suppose you need eggs, i said, no got two dozen haven't opened yet.
As soon as I rest a little, may mix up a batch of no bake cookies to eat along with our pop corn tonight. Audrey loves cleaning out the pan.
Not sure what I will be fixing for dinner, but I think chicken tenders, I usually just flour them and brown in a little Crisco oil, also making some coleslaw, and since Audrey won't eat that, I will open a can of cranberry sauce, she loves that sliced, and also make some Kraft mac and cheese, she also likes that. Then I think I will make this Pistachio Salad. You take instant pistachio pudding, pineapple chunks including the juice, miniature marshmallows and cool whip, stir all together and chill. Pretty good for a quick dessert.
Audrey's going to read me a chapter from her book. Only problem, sometimes when she reads, ole Grandma falls asleep, so I'm hoping I stay awake for her today. More later.
