Doesn't a double wicker chair (that makes it a bench!) appeal to you? A nice place to sit in the sun. With a sturdy spade you can even get access, and a little bit of snow on the seat can be dusted away.
You have a place on the quay all to yourself, and if you are interested in boating, there is a whole marina to choose from.
