Mostly Sticking to the Plan

I lost 3.5 lbs this week. Yay me! I saw my brother last weekend, he was the first person to notice I'm losing and getting in better shape. It is nice to see people notice my hard work. I stuck with the exercise plan from Jillian Micheal's Making the Cut and one extra day of cardio. This is my second time doing the plan.
