Priyanka Chopra gets Pricey and gets Rejected

Priyanka Chopra recently demanded a high pay of 5 crore for Sanjay Gadhvi’s 7 Days In Paris opposite Imran Khan. Her demands are increased due to her current recognition at various award functions and as she has also managed to grab the amount of Rs. 3 crore from Yash Raj Films for Pyaar Impossible along with Uday Chopra.

The director and producer were already in trouble when Katrina left the film disapproving the script. However they got shocked more when Priyanka demanded such a high sum.

Eventually she lost the film. The producers were shocked when Priyanka asked for such a huge fee. They tried to reason with her but she refused to relent.

Meanwhile the producer may rework on the script and make a final call to Katrina when done with the script. Katrina had left the film because the director had made changes into the script after insistence of actor Imran Khan, with which she was not satisfied. They are also in talks with South actresses Asin and Genelia D’Souza for the same.

Rakhi Sawant to wear Rs.3 million necklace on ’Swayamvar’ Wedding-day

Rakhi Sawant surely couldn’t have asked for more. A Rs.30 lakh (Rs. 3 million) necklace designed by Farah Ali Khan, a lehenga-choli wedding dress by celebrity designer Neeta Lulla, a ’swayamvar’ on national television and a grand wedding to be watched by millions across the country.

The former ‘item girl’, who has had a rags-to-riches career, will marry on NDTV Imagine’s reality show “Rakhi Ka Swayamvar” soon. She will choose her “perfect man” from among nine grooms who have come from cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Rishikesh, Jaipur and Kanpur and even from places as far off as Toronto.

National award winning designer Neeta Lulla, who is one of Aishwarya Rai’s favourite designers, and ace jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali have been roped in to help Rakhi look her best on her D-day. And the two are doing every bit they can to fulfil the bride-to-be’s wish to look like a “princess” that special day.

For her wedding day, Rakhi would be wearing a lehenga-choli in five different colours with ornate kundan work to give her an ethnic Rajasthani look.

To complement her outfit, Rakhi will be donning traditional Indian jadau jewellery designed by Farah Ali Khan, the daughter of yesteryears actor Sanjay Khan and well-known interior designer Zarine Khan.

Sylvester Stallone turns to Ayurveda on Akshay’s recommendation

Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone has turned to Ayurveda in an effort to end persisting knee pain after Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar told him to do so.

Akshay, who was working with the action star in Hindi film “Kambakkht Ishq”, bonded with him during a chat about on-set injuries and suggested Ayurveda when Stallone started talking about his persisting knee problem.
Akshay even provided the name of his favourite Ayurvedic practitioner.

Stallone appeared to be really interested in Ayurvedic treatment and asked for more details. He said he intends to spread the word about Ayurveda among his Hollywood comrades.

Kareena uncomfortable while kissing Akshay

After watching the promos of Kambakkht Ishq, I think Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar’s jodi might just work wonders! Both are amongst the most wanted actors in Bollywood today and after seeing them together sharing the same screen space, who would not want to see their chemistry.

We’ve seen Kareena kiss Fardeen Khan in Dev and Shahid Kapur in Jab We Met. But to see her kiss Khiladi no.1 Akshay Kumar would definitely be something to look out for.

Apparently, while shooting for the scene, Kareena got uncomfortable and felt extremely awkward kissing an actor who was once her sister’s co-star. She probably felt that way because she’s committed to boyfriend Saif. But Akshay’s committed to Twinkle too, right? Anyway, she finally fought her awkward feeling and kissed like a thorough professional. Ha! I think that sounded pretty bad. What I meant was that Kareena and Akshay finally kissed as it was a very important scene in the film and they had to do their job.
